Black Dial Key Wind Ladies Pocket Watch

I have this very small ladies pocket watch with an unusual black dial. It appears to have no serial number on the movement. It does have a crown hallmark and the words "fine silver" written on the case with the number 5 written above E J and a serial number 30589 on the case.

I am searching for information on who the maker is, the age and any other info that can be provided.
