French Key Wind Pocket Watch?

Unknown Pocket Watch - French ? EXPERTS NEEDED !
Hi there, I wonder if any one out there could help me possibly identify this pocket watch? Any age, any value or any information would be very useful.

It was found in a barn with lots of old household nick-knacks in France.

I know nothing about watches so can you help ?

Inside the case are the numbers 10133 and 9220, both these numbers are stamped into the case, it also seems to have several (four I think) other sets of numbers that appear to have been engraved or scratched in one of these looks to read 169480 ?

I was wondering if these watches were engraved if they were taken in for repair of for service ? I think I've heard that somewhere ?

It has the word CYLINDRE inside also what looks to read HUIT ? and RUBIS ? These seem to have been engraved in fancy writing where the word CYLINDRE is stamped more professionally, so I may be reading it wrong and it maybe someones name, but I don't speak any French.

Anyway Ive attached some photos so can anyone help ?
