Hamilton automaton repeater pocket watch
by Ivan Schweikert
This Hamilton repeater pocket watch has been in the family for years but we know nothing more about it than the title. I believe it is a 902 model and built in the late 1930's going by the numbers inside, which are as follows; 3056399 and 0108252.
There are five movements and nineteen jewels. The back of the pocket watch has a diamond in the center along with the letters POG. Does any one have information on this watch? Are the letters a personal insignia or the mark of an organization? I have done some online research with no luck other then its a Hamilton automaton repeater pocket watch.
