Grandfathers Pocket Watch
My Grandfather had four pocket watches that were passed on to his grandchildren when he died this past year. I am the only female grandchild, so I inherited the smaller (pendant?) pocket watch. I've tried looking information up online, but I don't know enough about watches. I did find two references to two pocket watches that look strikingly similar to mine (small roman numerals, painted watch face, same general style, etc.) one was being sold for $17,000 and the other was valued at $285. I really just want to know more about mine. Any information would be extremely helpful. I hope the pictures assist.
