patente fulle jewelled pocket watch

patente fulle jewelled pocket watch

This is a pocket watch that was left to me by my great Uncle when he passed away. I have searched everywhere to find some information on it. The pocket watch, from what I was told, was brought to the States with my great Uncle's Grandfather from Lithuania around 1900. The watch has a shield of some sort on the front cover. It has a crown with the number 18 under it on the inside of the front cover with the number 394 at the bottom.

It has a key & 2 places to wind it in the back. There are no names anywhere on the watch. On the inside of the back cover is the same as the front. On the front of the clockworks cover it says "patente fulle jewelled". I did not mis-spell that, that is exactly how it is spelled.

On the inside of the case it has the number 33604 at the top and the number 394 at the bottom. The serial number on the clockworks is 96644. I have looked everywhere I can think of to try to identify this watch and i have been unable to find anything. Someone told me that the clockworks may have been put into a different case.

If anyone recognizes this watch and can tell me anything about it I would be very grateful.
