Please tell me more about this swiss pocket watch!

Please tell me more about this swiss pocket watch! I bought it in London this year (2011) for 100 pounds. Its dated 1864 on the inside, but i'm not sure. I dont know whats it is accualy worth. I do know that it is swiss and .935 silver. Its a little slow, can that be fixed?

So what i'm woundering is:
how much is it worth? Did i make à good deal or à bad one?

Is it real? Is it realy swiss and silver?

Can i make it go "faster"? How?

Mens or laides watch? Can i have it (man)?

WHO made it? And how many did he/she make?
