Rosedale Antique Pocket Watch

I have an antique pocket watch marked Rosedale on it's face and on it's works. I am having no luck finding any information about this watch maker.

The watch appears to be silver and gold on the outside and gold on the inside. The outside back of the watch has a coat of arms/shield. It measures 1 3/4" across the face and in 2 1/2" including loop. On both the inside gold back pieces there is the number 28149.

On the works there is Rosedale with the number 557131. There appears to be an "A" before the number and scroll work around the number and either a G or O at the top.

I'd appreciate any information anyone could give me!
